On Sunday May 6, 2018, join fellow cyclists as we roll down the trails and streets of Oshawa.
Explore the City of Oshawa on two wheels as you travel this on- and off-road urban loop. Led by Oshawa cycling enthusiast Joe Arruda, this leisurely tour winds along some of the City's best bike paths, including the Joseph Kolodzie Oshawa Creek Bike Path and the Harmony Creek Trail. Leave behind your four-wheeler and enjoy Oshawa's "Urban Loop" on two wheels. Meet at Oshawa City Hall, Civic Square (50 Centre St. S.)
From there, we'll follow local on-road cycling routes to connect us with the Harmony Creek Trail for the southbound portion of the trip, heading down to scenic Lakeview Park, then looping back to City Hall. There are lots of cool spots to stop at along the way, including Oshawa's beloved Second Marsh, museums, restaurants, and more!
This free ride starts at 11am, rain or shine, and takes approximately 2 hours.
Length: Approx. 25 km.
