Discover your Core - Fitness Workshop - This event has already occurred
Everyone talks about wanting a strong core, but what does that really mean? Your "CORE" is more complex then simply your abdominal and lower back muscles. This workshop explores all the muscles that make up your core and will give practical exercises how to train them effectively. This workshop is comprised of a 20 minute discussion, followed by 40 minutes of exercise. This workshop is taught by a Personal Training Specialist who will provide guidance and ensure safe form through exercises. Modifications will be explained and demonstrated.
