In this class you will decorate 6 Christmas/winter themed gluten free cookies with royal icing. Learn how to decorate sugar cookies so that you can make your own Christmas treats. The class includes all materials (gluten-free cookies, royal icing) and a box to carry your cookies home in. You’ll learn how to outline and flood copies with royal icing along with some fun techniques and tips. Note: Cookies are baked on site in our Celiac-safe, gluten-free kitchen certified by the Durham Region Health Department.
