Durham Black Network invites you to join our FREE Black Experience Townhall in partnership with The Municipality of Clarington and The Clarington Public Library on Saturday, February 11th, 2023, 5 pm Eastern in recognition of Black History Month at the Newcastle Community Hall, 20 King Avenue West, Newcastle, ON L1B 1H7. We are focusing on Healthcare and Mental well-being; looking at systems, barriers, policies and how we can move forward as a community through Expert Speakers Tanis Henry, Registered Nurse; Dr. Jean Henry, Psychotherapist and Nicole Perryman, Social Worker; Community Dialogue; Networking; Breakout Session; Entertainment; a Healing Activity with Tessa Sebro; Yoga & Pilates Specialist; and our Award Presentation recognizing leadership in Black Excellence & Allyship right here in Durham Region. A modernized approach to recognizing Black History Month, engaging the community, and addressing systemic barriers.

Off and on New York couple Mamie and Jeff enter an even more complicated phase of their relationship when they think they spy their cross-courtyard neighbour do away with his wife. After they draw their curtain, the lady vanishes and suspicion places murder beyond a shadow of a doubt. The bumbling witnesses sneak into their neighbour's apartment and the fun begins.
